Quality in Everything We Do
Hand selected steaks that are personally sourced from farms of the Midwest. Linz Heritage Angus Ranch was developed as a place to raise purebred black angus cattle. All of our steaks are prepared on a open-hearth grill and prepared with custom blend of seasoning and finished with maître d butter. Our seafood is flown in fresh from the coasts daily and we only source the freshest locally grown produce whenever possible.
