Join us at the Milwaukee ChopHouse for a thoughtfully prepared Thanksgiving feast on Thursday November 23rd.  Our chef will be serving a beautiful three-course pre-fixe menu. It will play on the traditional Thanksgiving meal along with special added touches and a glass of wine for $45 per guest. Come give thanks at the ChopHouse!

Thanksgiving Menu

First Course:
Winter Green Salad 
-Arugala, frisee, spinach, cranberries, grilled shallots, candied walnuts, marcona almonds, feta cheese, and maple-thyme vinaigrette 

Second Course:
Wild Mushroom Stuffed Turkey Roll
-Sweet potato puree, pancetta, carmelized cauliflower, green beans, roasted shallot-balsalmic pan gravy 

Dessert Course: 
Pumpkin Ginger Cheesecake 
-Cinnamon mascarpone, candied pepitas, caramel

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons of cayenne pepper


6 tablespoons canola oil

3/4 cups milk

1 egg


2 ears of corn off cob

6 oz Lump crab meat

1 teaspoon chopped chervil

1 teaspoon chopped chives

1 teaspoon chopped tarragon

1/2 small diced red onion

1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 EA scallion

 For the fritter batter, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cayenne pepper and salt) in a large bowl. In another smaller bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients (oil, milk, and egg). Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and combine until all dry ingredients are moistened. Next add the fold Ingredients: corn, crab, chervil, tarragon red onion, scallion and garlic.

Using a small ice cream scooper, carefully place batter into a deep fryer.

Heat oil to 375 degrees F in a deep-fryer.
